PRICES 
Carr Industries has made significant efforts to maintain dependable supply of materials required for manufacturing its product at stable prices. Recent materials market events, however remind us that despite our best efforts, global events can have impacts beyond our ability to control or ability to plan for. Our pricing is intended to be firm through the expiration date, but Carr Industries reserves the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice. Orders will be billed at prices in effect at time of shipment.

PAYMENT TERMS
Our standard terms are due within 30 days of the invoice date.  If payment is not received with the agreed terms above, then a 1 ½% penalty will be added to the unpaid balance every month it’s late, but not to exceed the maximum by law. 

DELIVERY
Delivery to the initial carrier shall constitute delivery to the buyer.  Seller’s responsibility ceases upon delivery in good order to such carrier, and all goods are shipped at the buyer’s risk.

SALES TAX
Company prices do not include sales, use, excise or any similar tax, fee or charge.  The amount of any such tax, fee or charge shall be added to our invoice and paid by the buyer or the buyer shall provide the Company with an exemption certificate acceptable to the imposing authority.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders accepted by the factory can be cancelled only with the factory’s written consent.  On special orders, we have the right to invoice for any cost incurred on material used and work performed.

CLAIMS
Claims for shortages, erroneous charges or price corrections must notify Carr Industries within 30 days of invoice.

RETURN GOODS POLICY
Goods may only be returned with written consent by Carr Industries.  Returned material must show the invoice number and date it was shipped, so that proper credit can be issued at the price it was purchased.  The freight on all materials returned for credit shall be prepaid by the customer.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Our connectors are inspected before shipment with the assurance that our connectors meet applicable specifications.  Any connector found that does not meet the standards after inspection by the seller will be repaired or replaced at no charge. Carr Industries shall not be responsible for damage due to improper installation or through attempts to operate the equipment above its rated capacity, intentional or otherwise.
